Any girls who is in 9-12 grade can attend the Lady Titans basketball conditioning/open gyms.
ALL PAPERWORK (EL 2 EL 3) MUST BE ON FILE WITH AD OR COACH STORY before an athlete can participate in the summer workouts.
Summer workouts are Every Week in Jun (Monday – Thursday) from 1-3 in gym and 3-4 in weight room. NO workouts last week of June due to gym floor being redone.
July will follow same schedule as June. Every week in (Monday- Thursday) from 1-3 in gym and 3-4 in weight room. NO workout on July 4.
