The Flag Football Lady Titans made more UHS history, sealing a huge win against rival Deltona, 39 – 0, for the program’s first ever regular season victory.

Rachel Kenis took the offense up and down the field, completing 20 out of 25 passes with 5 passing TDs. Larissa Figueroa lead the team in receptions, catching 9 passes and scoring one extra point. Kaila Santiago and Brea Kamm both hauled in 2 TDs, with Brea adding two extra points, while Sabrina Barahona-Cortes added one TD of her own.

The defense was fierce, causing chaos in the backfield by rushers Rhaegan DiBacco and Angie Shalkowitz, leading to 4 INTs by Baylee Eads – one she brought to house to for a pick six. Larissa Figueroa added her own stamp by bringing down 2 additional INTs.

The Lady Titans’ record sits at 1-1 for the season with an away game against Matanzas waiting on deck on March 24th.
