Our Boosters Board is eager to meet the 2016-2017 school year with many new opportunities to help our student athletes and increase our funds to assist with facility improvements.  Their membership drive kicked off at the UHS uniform purchase night on July 20th.  Anyone interested in joining the boosters will be able to offer a VOICE

Before participating in any activity with a sports team (Including conditioning, tryouts, etc.)  the following forms will need to be submitted to the athletic department.  Even if you have completely the EL3 forms before they need to be redone for upcoming year.  All forms including the concussion video must be completed yearly.  Bring all forms
